HR Advisor 360 offers personalized HR development programs that combine video course content, live online sessions, and individual coaching. Current programs include:
Each program is tailored to the individual client based on a discovery call conducted after enrollment. The scope and delivery of each program is agreed upon between Pavlo Markasian and the client during this initial session.
Access to programs is granted upon receipt of full payment. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
HR Advisor 360 reserves the right to change program pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments that have already been completed.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If after your discovery call you feel the program is not the right fit for your goals, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
Refunds requested after the 7-day window or after the program materials have been accessed in full will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
All program content — including video recordings, written materials, templates, frameworks, and any other materials provided — is the intellectual property of Pavlo Markasian and HR Advisor 360. You may not:

Live sessions and coaching calls are scheduled by mutual agreement between the client and Pavlo Markasian. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited depending on program terms agreed during the discovery call.
Coaching provided through HR Advisor 360 is professional development support and does not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice.
To get the most from your program, you agree to:
Results from the program depend significantly on your engagement and effort. HR Advisor 360 does not guarantee specific career or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Advisor 360 and Pavlo Markasian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant program.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
